President
LaDonna Farrish serves as the Co-Founder and President of Wharton|Farrish Incorporated, where she established a platform for cultivating expertise in the areas of quality and compliance. Her role involves authoring, designing, and facilitating courses pertaining to business, quality control, continuous improvement, human factors, and technical writing.
LaDonna holds a Master's Degree in Divinity from Duke University and a BS in Political Science and Communications. She has also obtained Project Management Certification. She currently resides in Graham, NC, where she cherishes time spent with her husband and son.

Kathy Wharton-Johnson
Chief Executive Officer
Kathy Wharton-Johnson serves as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wharton|Farrish Incorporated, which she co-established in 2018 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and SBA woman-owned small business.
Kathy holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership and a BA in Communications with a concentration in technical writing. Alongside her professional endeavors, she balances her role as a mother of four and resides with her husband and dog in Charlotte, NC.
